Rev. Myobun Esther Tishman is an interfaith chaplain and Dharma teacher at Buddha Eye Zen Community Temple in Eugene, Oregon. She is also the founder of Liberty Walks, a nonpartisan, nonsectarian, nonprofit organization hoping to spark community and a new collective vision for America.
Liberty Walks' primary activity is a 2,800 mile trek across America. The walk began on July 4 in Eugene, OR and plans to end in Washington, DC on Thanksgiving.
